The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, citing Reuters, reported that about half of the 50 North Korean missiles used by Russia to attack Ukraine did not reach their targets.

Prosecutors have examined the wreckage of 21 missiles, several of which exploded in midair, according to official sources.

The last KN-23 launch took place on February 27, attacking various regions of Ukraine, killing 24 people and injuring 115. At the same time, Ukraine is investigating whether North Korea provided instructors to Russia to observe the missile launches.
