Confiscation of property of Ukrainian officials: Tabachnyk and Shvets

The State Property Fund has gained access to the funds and property belonging to former Minister of Education of Ukraine Dmytro Tabachnyk.

 

 

According to the head of the Fund, Vitaliy Koval, on Telegram, the State Property Fund received the following property of the former minister:

  1. The amount of almost 144 thousand dollars.
  2. Five land plots and a luxurious house with an area of 672.7 square meters in Kozyn village, Obukhiv district, Kyiv region.
  3. An apartment in Kyiv on Yaroslaviv Val Street.
  4. The right to receive compensation for monetary assets in the amount of more than UAH 40 million.
  5. The right to a creditor claim in the amount of more than UAH 191 thousand.


Additionally, according to the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court, the Fund also received the property of former pro-Russian clergyman Rostyslav Shvets, including an apartment in Simferopol and four cars: two Mercedes, a Toyota and a Nissan.
