In an interview with Channel 24, the European Union's Ambassador to Ukraine, Katarina Mathernova, expressed her belief that Ukraine's accession to the EU in 2030 is absolutely realistic.


She noted that it is almost impossible to predict exactly when a country will join the European Union, but supported the idea of the head of the European Council Charles Michel regarding the possibility of Ukraine's admission in 2030.


Mathernova emphasized the great influence of the war and the progress of reforms on this process.


Noting the unpredictable geopolitical environment of today, she said that the set date is absolutely normal in today's conditions.
